We have had the pleasure of dealing with Murray and Alex at Tiffin Motorhomes Australia on many occasions now and we have purchased 2 Tiffin motorhomes from them. Both experiences were absolutely first class, everything they said they would do happened and no request was too difficult. Its only when you have had a few motorhomes that you come to know what it is you really need and like in it to make the travelling experience special.So on both occasions we had a list of requests where we wanted things and how they should work, the guys know their product so well they knew the best way to achieve this. We feel that comfortable dealing with their relaxed manner, we class them as friends so much so that we normally call in when in that part of the world and we are always made feel most welcome. Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Tiffin Gold Coast.We purchased a used 2014 Allegro recently.We investigated other products...but the Tiffin difference is the customer support.The handover from Alex was very thorough.The ongoing support helping people new to Tiffin has been exceptional.Even out of hours Murray and Alex have helped us settle into to our beautiful home on wheels.The ongoing support post the sale has demonstrated a commitment to customer service that others could do well to follow.We are now seriously considering upgrading later this year.

The guys, Murray and Alex at Tiffin Australia actually listen to what you say and want and don't just talk at you.I have had my Breeze in a couple of times for optional work to be carried out and this was done promptly and economically. They carry a good range of spare parts to get you out of bother.
